Fall Crawl
October 24, 2026
One of Midwood’s most treasured traditions happens the last Saturday in October (unless it's Halloween!) when little ghouls and goblins—and all variety of princesses and superheroes —march through the streets to show off their costumes on the way to The Vine for Trunk or Treat and into Midwood Park for more fun. Let’s be real—many of their parents costume up too. It’s always an extraordinary day where we’ll have music, food, beers, games, bounce houses, merchants and, best of all, hundreds of wonderful neighbors gathered to celebrate autumn in PM.
Plan to gather in the park at 11 am for the parade and stay until 6 pm for the 20th annual event. It’s a free event for neighbors and their friends.
Schedule of Events
11 am: Costume Parade. Meet in the parking lot of Midwood Park (off Wilhelmina Ave.) and march down Winter, back up Ashland and to The Vine for Trunk or Treat. Not parading? Line the route and cheer on the monsters, mermaids, superheroes, and four-legged friends.
11:30 am: Trunk or Treat at The Vine. A safe and fun Plaza Midwood tradition, hosted by The Vine members.
11:30 am – 6 pm | MIDWOOD PARK
