The Spirit is a quarterly newsletter mailed to every household in Plaza Midwood, a distribution that is expected to reach more than 3,000 households in 2019.

PMNA hosts about 10 annual events each with their own sponsorship opportunities, the largest being Winter Fling, Home Tour, Midwood Maynia and Fall Crawl. PMNA also hosts several other events that fluctuate from year to year.
