On Sunday, January 31, 2010 a resident of the PMN was inside his vehicle parked in his driveway on Belvedere Ave., warming it up when suspect #1 opened the door and demanded the car. The suspect threatened to kill him if he did not comply. There were no weapons present and the victim refused causing the suspects to run away.
The victim chased after the suspects but lost sight of them. Shortly thereafter all three suspects were located by responding officers, positively identified and arrested for Strong Armed Robbery and Conspiracy to commit robbery.
