PM Neighborhood Chat

If you are a dog walker, stay at home parent, walker or runner we want to talk to you.  Neighborhood Watch is looking for volunteers to keep an eye on the neighborhood and our streets.  I walk/run the neighborhood and walk my dog at different times of the day and night.  If you do the same you could help fight crime.  We are looking for individuals that are out on the streets or home at times when others are not.  We would like to give you information on what to look out for so you can spot criminals or suspicious behavior.  You will only be calling 911 to report, nothing more.

I am going to speak with CMPD about having a class on the subject.

Please remember our Out and About group class Thursday night at 7:30pm at Kilgo Church.  If you are out and about more than most come learn what is suspicious behavior, what to look out for, when to call 911, and what to do after calling.  Officer Sweat will be telling us what CMPD considers "suspicious" and I have gather some information from the web to help us catch the thief and avoid dangerous situations.

We also have the same class scheduled for next Tuesday morning Feb 16th at 10:00am.
